Other Health Concerns?

The profound influence of food and lifestyle does not stop at the brain, nor does my interest in helping you achieve greater optimal health. It starts with the choice to take charge of your health and it continues in the gut. And then, we can take it any direction, depending your main health concerns: weight management, balancing blood sugar, pain and inflammation, building immune health, boosting energy, improving your sleep or your ability to manage stress.

And, honestly, I just love talking to people about food and nutrients! I love providing tips on how to migrate towards eating a varied whole foods diet, while still allowing space for those foods that perhaps aren’t the healthiest in terms of nutritive value, but greatly feed the soul.

So if you do not have an Alzheimer's concern but ARE struggling with any of the following, I would love to help you!!

  • Weight loss

  • Gas/bloating

  • Constipation

  • GERD/ acid reflux

  • Liver health

  • Blood sugar / insulin issues

  • Candida

  • Leaky gut

  • Brain fog

  • Poor focus

  • Pain/inflammation

  • Sleep problems

  • Stress management

  • Lymphedema/Lipedema

  • Low energy/fatigue

  • Headaches/migraines

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Frequent colds or infections

  • Anything...let's give it a go :)

My method is step-by-step so not overwhelm, is supportive and highly personalized. There is no one-size-fits-all because each of us is different in many ways (genetically, physiologically, metabolically, environmentally, etc.) and success is in the details. I will help you figure out what will work best for you as an individual.

If this interests you, book a FREE 30-minute Intro Call. This call gives us an opportunity to talk about your health concerns. This call also gives us a chance to see if we are a good fit to work together and to discuss which level of support and investment will work best for you.
