More than just hope

There is a lot of good news on this page!

So much opportunity!!

Alzheimer's is horrific!

Nobody wants that for themselves!

But you know this already if you have experienced it firsthand with a family member.

And caring for someone with Alzheimer’s is incredibly draining – physically, mentally, emotionally, financially.

I am certain that most of us would do anything in our power to avoid our spouse or children having to live through the grief and sadness.

This doesn't have to be your journey!

This is good news!

Alzheimer's doesn't develop over night.

The process actually starts 20-30 years before symptoms start to appear.

So, if someone is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s at age 70, that means that it started to develop when that person was as young as 40.

(And for Early Onset Alzheimer's, which typically starts to appear in our 40s or 50s, then the process started as early as our 20s!!!!)

Your brain health...

What all of this means is that if you begin to take action now, you have a real opportunity to effect change.

More good news is that it is not all about genes and family history, there are many potential contributing risk factors (poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, inadequate sleep, inflammation, blood sugar imbalances, toxic load (heavy metals, pesticides, mold exposure), poor oral health and the list goes on.

In other words, WE HAVE LOTS OF CONTROL through the right nutrition and way of eating, exercise, sleep, stress management, brain stimulation, detoxification and more.

Attitude is a critical piece!

The right mindset and support, along with giving your body what it needs and removing what it doesn't, you can take steps, leading to huge strides, to eliminate brain fog, boost your mental clarity and memory (and make it even better than it has been in years).

You will also feel confident that you are developing the skills and habits that will continue to actively lower your risk of developing Alzheimer’s.

Carpe Diem!

By working with me, you can save a lot of resources (time, effort and money) and stress, and you’ll have the support you need to begin to effect positive brain change MUCH sooner than if you were to go it on your own.

Take advantage of time and begin to effect change. You have so much to gain!
